When you access the Coeur operating platform, we collect your account email and the firm, financial and case-inventory data you or your firm enter into the platform.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Inquiry information is used solely to evaluate potential fit and to correspond with you. It is reviewed by Coeur Legal principals and is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

Platform data is used to operate the management services engaged by your firm, including reporting, financial oversight and case-inventory analysis.

Coeur Legal treats firm information as confidential business information. Access to platform data is restricted to authenticated accounts explicitly authorized by Coeur Legal, enforced at the database level.

Coeur Legal does not provide legal representation or legal advice, and information submitted here does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not submit privileged client information or case-specific confidences through this site.

Inquiry records are retained while a potential relationship is under consideration and for a reasonable period afterward. Platform data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required by contract or law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by writing to nh@coeurlegal.com. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly.

This site and platform run on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, authentication and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may update this notice as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
